We had a great Halloween. Mabry was a ballerina and Mommy was Farmer Brown. Mabry enjoyed carving pumpkins with Daddy. She went trick-or-treating with her super-hero friend Ethan. It was so much fun! We only wish we had Krista with us.
We had our first ultrasound at 13 weeks. It is too early to tell the gender, but are pretty sure it is a cute baby!
Jeff and I found out we were pregnant in August. We surprised our family at his birthday party with the news. Mabry came out wearing a shirt that says FUTURE BIG SISTER. Baby is due in April!
We celebrated Jeff's 28th birthday on August 30th. He was so excited to be older...
Jeff and Ricky were re-married on July 25th 2009. It was a a beautiful wedding and fun party!

We visited Tillimook County during our vacation. We were able to tour the cheese factory, taste cheese and of course we had to get some of that delicious ice cream!
Before we came home we stopped at the Enchanted Forest.
On our first day at the coast we went to the beach and played. Our family rented a house in Lincoln City close to the beach. We had so much fun playing in the sand. Krista was daring enough to try out the water even though it was a bit chilly. Anyone who spoke with Mabry the week before knew how excited she was to get to the ocean. I think we were all ready for the vacation to begin and this was a perfect start!
Welcome! My husband Jeff and I have been married for nearly 7 years. We have been blessed with three beautiful children; Krista - 11, Mabry - 4 and Jalen - 1. We are a typical busy family. Jeff and I both work full-time outside of the home. Much to our benefit, our parents live in the same town and are able to watch the children while we are at work.
Everything you find on this blog comes from a busy mom who understands the demands of working both inside and outside the home. My hope is that you will be both encouraged and challenged to serve God and your family in all that you do, whether you work outside of the home or not.
